While living in the Bay Area all my life, it has always been a special moment every time I cross it. The beautiful draping of cords in this design represents the cable arches of the bridge.

Golden Gate, this tall, black and natural colored macrame wall hanging was inspired by the Golden Gate Bridge.
The beautiful draping of cords in this design represents the cable arches of the bridge. It is woven with black velvet fibers, gold metallic threads and tied with hundreds of soft cotton knots on a metal hoop. Small gold beads complete this dramatic but minimalistic wall hanging.
